Integration of third party agents.

Gate provides a framework for the integration of new network technologies into the INMS, without having to modify other INMS product components. Third party agent integration has to be done by a developer (also known as a customizer in INMS documentation). This customizer makes use of the Prolog API of Gate to implement an interface to the new technology.
